Our Policies

We ask that you please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation for services up to 60 minutes in length and 48 hours for services over 60 minutes. Cancellations with less than the notice required will be charged the full service price.

Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be customized to fit your shopping needs. Gift Certificates may be purchased over the phone and can either be mailed, emailed or may be picked up by appointment. Simply call ahead and your gift will be ready for you.

Gift certificates must be present at time of service. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. Ancient Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Ancient Willow accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Tipping is not necessary. If you are happy with your service, referrals are the greatest gratuity you can give.

For massage services you may disrobe to your comfort level once the therapist has left the room. Fresh linens and towels are provided for every session. Each session is conducted in a highly professional, safe, respectable and confidential manner. Please communicate any health concerns with your therapist in advanced so that she may serve you to your highest healing capacity.
